  • About the Role
Do you have outstanding customer service skills, able to problem solve and worked in an office/ admin environment.
Based in their Berkshire office, and reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this person will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality inbox and phone support to BorrowBox users daily
  • Following set tasks through from start to completion
  • Responding to invoice and financial queries
  • Assisting the senior team with ad hoc office duties
  • Office administration
The role will require

  • Experience in customer service, client support or account management
  • Organisational skills
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Comfortable with device usage and discussing technology on a daily basis
  • Goal orientated, motivated selfstarter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Quickthinking, responsive and keen to learn
  • Operationally focused
Keen to learn and expand knowledge
