Administrative Officer - Sixth Form

Permanent, Full Time**
Start Date: September 2023
Starting salary £22,777 per annum

Grade - SCP - SCP 14

Working Hours: 37 per week 8am - 4pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 3.30pm Friday


Queen Elizabeth's School is looking to appoint an Administrative Officer to provide efficient administrative support to the Head of the Sixth Form and to our busy Sixth Form office.


We are seeking an individual who is well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our students, staff and visitors.

The postholder will be the first point of contact to the Sixth form office.

Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are required together with the ability to work well under pressure.

Previous experience working in office administration is essential. Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
