Our Service Lead will work across multiple accounts that sit under our Managed Services Team.
They will be the core support and manage a group of Managed Services individuals/roles in delivering Service Excellence to our customers.
What will you be doing?
- Be the interface and technical liaison (delegate technical element when not in your skillset) between your team member(s), the Customer(s) and Service Manager(s)
- Effectively coach and manage a team to ensure their job responsibilities are met, acting as an escalation point where required
- Identify and own the delivery of training & educational requirements for individuals/teams across all levels including induction programmes
- Maintain daily network activity ensuring alert & monitoring on relevant systems are priority across agreed accounts
- Accountable for customer & internal ticket queue management ensuring that KPIs and SLAs targets are achieved
- Accountable for maintaining 24/7 resourcing and relevant documentation/toolkit for all team members
- Responsible for administration of key account ISEC/internal compliance activity
What skills and experience are required?
- Recent and proven experience in managing successful teams, including Proven ability of developing people to achieve personal and organisational goals
- Attention to detail when maintaining records, planning, and delivering, along with strong rota management, IT, and administration skills
- Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality
- Able to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively
- Proven ability to give and receive feedback objectively and sensitively with a willingness to question constructively
