A great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor, initially this position is a 10 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.
You will be rewarded with:
- Excellent salary up to £26k (pro rata)
- 25 days holiday (pro rata)
- No shifts/great working hours Monday to Thursday 8:30 5 and 8:00 1:30 on Fridays
- Responsibility for major customer accounts
- Inputting of Orders onto ERP/MRP system
- Liaise with 4 sites/internal departments
- Confirmation of customer delivery dates on systems
- Negotiating prices on stock
- Assist production and planning departments with any delivery issues
- Assist accounts department with any account queries
- Coordinate sales of additional parts from stock
- Updating customers of status of their order
- Attend meetings and customer reviews
- Previous Account handling and Customer Service experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing/Production environment.
- Ability to deal effectively with account queries and customer issues
- Experience of working with an ERP/MRP or similar manufacturing computer system (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
