A great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor, initially this position is a 10 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.


You will be rewarded with:

  • Excellent salary up to £26k (pro rata)
  • 25 days holiday (pro rata)
  • No shifts/great working hours Monday to Thursday 8:30 5 and 8:00 1:30 on Fridays
Working within a busy manufacturing/Production company the role of the Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Responsibility for major customer accounts
  • Inputting of Orders onto ERP/MRP system
  • Liaise with 4 sites/internal departments
  • Confirmation of customer delivery dates on systems
  • Negotiating prices on stock
  • Assist production and planning departments with any delivery issues
  • Assist accounts department with any account queries
  • Coordinate sales of additional parts from stock
  • Updating customers of status of their order
  • Attend meetings and customer reviews
Ideally the Customer Services Advisor will have the following skills and expertise:

  • Previous Account handling and Customer Service experience
  • Experience working within a manufacturing/Production environment.
  • Ability to deal effectively with account queries and customer issues
  • Experience of working with an ERP/MRP or similar manufacturing computer system (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
  • Selfmotivated

  • Organised
  • Flexible attitude

£26,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
