IT Customer Service Analyst
The Role:
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Strong customer service skills
- Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Genuine interest in working in the IT sector
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Appetite to learn and problem solve
This role does not require previous experience within an IT support role as full training and support will be given on all aspects of the role.
A technical background is not essential however an understanding or knowledge of things like ITIL, Microsoft tools,business/office/home IT environments and IOS/Android is desirable.
This is a full-time role, initially for 6 months (with the possibility to extend/turn permanent) and paying £11.95 per hour PAYE + holiday pay.
The role will be based in York and will be fully onsite for training for the first 2 months, with a hybrid workingsplit after that.
