We are currently working with a leading North East based enterprise in the recruitment for aHR Advisor to join their busy team.


We are currently looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a 12 month temporary contract for a period of maternity cover within our clients HR Team.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the role holder will:

  • Manage all HR queries and issue escalations via a combination of communication channels
  • Provide accurate, expert HR advice to Line Managers across the division, supporting the HR Business Partner and the various management teams.
  • Cover all aspects of HR ranging from basic absence and probationary issues to full case management of complex employee relations matters
  • Helping to support our people plan initiatives and producing management MI.
  • Deal with complex disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Support the HR Business Partner with our people plan initiatives and producing management MI
  • Support organisation design and development initiatives i.e., restructures, redundancies and TUPEs by working with business leaders

This role is Newcastle based with onsite parking, with some home working (1 day from home).
This is a full time temporary position for a period of 12 months. Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
