Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individuals to join our team as an Exam Invigilator for a busy secondary school in Warwick.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of exams and assessments. This is a seasonal position with a range of shifts available throughout the schools GCSE exam period.

Duties:

Set up examination rooms and ensure all necessary materials are available
Monitor students during the exam to prevent any cheating or misconduct
Answer questions or provide assistance to students when necessary
Collect completed exam papers and assist Exam Officer with any tasks given
Report any irregularities or violations of exam procedures to the lead invigilator
Maintain confidentiality and security of exam materials

Skills:

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
Effective communication skills
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

This school is looking for consistent, high calibre Exam Invigilators to support them throughout this busy period. Training will be provided so you have knowledge of what is expected from you for this role. Please note that duties, responsibilities, and activities may vary depending on the requirements of the school.
