Key Responsibilities:

- Processing of cost and value in Causeway and Kheops

- Management of supply chain partners

- Prepare subcontract documentation and procure subcontract packages

- Assessment and processing of subcontractor payments and liabilities

-Maintain accurate subcontractor liabilities within key financial systems

- Represent Ringway in supply chain meetings

- Promote and work to the Group's IMS processes "The Way We Work"

- Monthly reporting on payment success and failures, together with key issues preventing payment

-To actively foster a positive staff morale

- To willingly carry out any reasonable task as requested by a member of management

- A reasonable understanding of numeracy

- Strong willed, able to persist in order to reach desired outcome

- Strong attention to detail

- Previous experience working in an office environment
