A forward-thinking and supportive practice are looking to take on a new Associate Building Surveyor, to join their building consultancy team in Surrey.


The Associate Building Surveyor's role


As the new Associate Building Surveyor, in this team of 7 other Building Surveyors, you will actively help manage the existing team, on board new recruits and provide APC support and training for the junior Surveyors.


The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be joining this practice, who provide a wide range of services, predominantly professional focused but some contract administration and project management, to an exciting portfolio of clients in the commercial,residential and education sectors, ranging up to £2m.


The successful Associate will have

  • MRICS/FRICS preferably, or AssocRICS
  • Coming from a private practice/consultancy background
  • Core Building Surveying experience and strong market knowledge
  • Business development skills + management/ APC training experience
