About You:

A strong understanding of the principles of debt collection
Student member of the Institute of Credit Management would be an advantage
Logical and organised approach
Good IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office
Effective communicator
Ability to work on own initiative
Good interpersonal skills
Firm but diplomatic approach
Ability to work under pressure
