Technical Consultant - Software / Digital Agency
Salary up to £90,000 + benefits
London Offices - 1 day per week

CPS are working with an award winning Digital Agency in London and have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Consultant with a background within Software Development or Engineering to join their growing team.

As a technical consultant you will play a key role in shaping the digital products we create.

Sat at the heart of engineering, this role is all about taking a leading role in delivering the solution we work on.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in taking a step up in their career to lead the technology output of the products they work on.

The person we're looking for is a problem solver, proactive, strategic, switched on, collaborative, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and is able to lead their work.

Role:

Gaining in-depth knowledge of the client's tech stack, architecture and functional/technical requirements, coordinating and discussing requirements, helping with technical planning.

Engaging in agile ceremonies with teams and clients
Coordinating with design and strategy teams in order to ensure designs are technically feasible and well considered
Working with business analysts to consult and document technical tasks for the development teams
Working with the QA and internal and external development teams, providing technical leadership and solutions throughout all project phases
Investigating, documenting and designing technical solutions
Consulting on best practices on cloud infrastructure

Skills / Experience:
Experience within programming or engineering with expert knowledge in one of the following; back end (.NET or ), front end or native mobile development
An in depth understanding of digital products
Proven experience in the end to end lifecycle of the development process
AWS experience an advantage
Great leadership and communication skills
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience as a technical consultant or the desire to step up to the role
Hands on approach with ability to provide strategic thought / solutions
