RMS are working for an outstanding automotive client who is a leading provider of Automotive Logistics and Finished Vehicle Compound Handling.

We are recruiting for a Compound Drivers to work on our
Brand-New Compound in Grimsby.

Our facility provides vehicle storage, inspection, maintenance, dispatch and transportation facilities. This is a permanent position where you will be required to carry out all vehicle movements within the site correctly and as efficiently as possible

It is essential that all applicants hold a valid driver's license with less than 6 penalty points & no DR offences within the last 10 years.

Location:
Grimsby

Duties:

To carry out all vehicle movements within the site.
To locate and move the correct vehicle to the correct location.
To pull the correct vehicles for loads, ready for dispatch.
To comply with the correct parking procedures and site speed limits
To complete all relevant paperwork and report any discrepancies.
To carry out storage and maintenance checks.
To ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
Undertake other duties as directed commensurate with the level of the job function.

Pattern of Work:
The site operates on a 24 hour basis therefore the ability to work flexibly is essential. Shifts are Predominantly between 7.30am-5pm.

37.5 hours across the week.

Rate of Pay:
£10.50 per hour
