Monday to Saturday with one day off in the week.

Up to £50k doe + commission


MAIN DUTIES

  • Meet personal and team sales and margin targets
  • Assisting the Showroom Director with reporting on personal and showroom team sales against KPI's including health and safety, sales and margin, account opening and customer service amongst others
  • Ensuring the showroom team follows all company procedures and processes and strive to find and implement new ones to improve the business where possible
  • Performance management of the showroom team
  • Document and deal with customer complaints and resolve problems effectively
  • Assure that the showroom meets the standards expected
  • Contribute to the wider company initiatives, including business planning, product development and budgeting
