The City & Capital Group are currently representing a highly respected and fast growing lender of commercial property finance who have retained our services as they look to grow their in house IT division ahead of some exciting objectives.

Our client has plans to double the size of the UK business in the coming period and as a result are keen to grow their in house IT team to support both the development and growth of the IT infrastructure, as well as assisting with the day to day IT needsof the business.

The arriving IT Support Technician will support the current Senior IT Specialist in terms of implementing the long term strategy in line with plans for growth.

This may include (but would not be limited to) identifying and implementing relevant software'sand technology across the numerous divisions within the company.

Along with being a key player in longer term projects, you will also take oversight of the core duties below that ensure that the business can be productive, protected and efficient:

Day to Day, Core Duties Include

Providing technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Handling software and technical related issues
Network and internet trouble shooting
Assisting with remote working and remote working tools
Supporting the e mail exchange
Ensure back up management is handled for company data
Assisting with aspects such as websites and domain names
Ensuring web security
Assisting with communication tools, such as Zoom/Skype etc
Assistance with CCTV maintenance
Management of electronic entry systems for the business & its offices
Ensuring projects meet cyber security guidelines
Managing domains, licenses and all renewals
Oversight of internal ticket system for required IT support
Supporting the implementation of new customer management systems
Using NAS sever to archive and back up files

The ideal individual for this role will demonstrate the required experience in a previous or current role.

No financial services experience for this role is required, this is all about IT skills, a proactive 'can do attitude' and a genuine passion for deliveringfirst class service.

Our client is ideally looking for someone who is able to make the complicated simple when speaking to individuals within the business that may not be tech savvy.

You will be a logical thinker, an excellent problem solver, highly organised and will demonstratea passion for and a finger on the pulse when it comes to new and emerging software and technology.

Our client is ideally looking to pay between c£40k - £45k as a basic salary for this role, though higher offers may be considered for exceptional experience and talent.

This will be complemented with access to our clients favourable bonus scheme which willallow you to increase earnings significantly year on year.

Due to the day to day requirement to support IT users, this role will be based in Mayfair Monday to Friday.
