This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated Booking and Reception teams at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust based at Lincoln County Hospital.
The Outpatient Appointment Services is looking to recruit Outpatient Senior Administration Assistants within our department into substantive full-time roles.
The role involves reception duties, dealing with patients face to face and by telephone, booking both new and follow up appointments ensuring national and local targets are always adhered to, liaising with GP's and other health care professionals both internally and externally.

The hours available are Monday to Friday PM which can be discussed at interview.

Applicants must have GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English or equivalent qualification. Experience of customer care. Experience of working in an office environment, Experience of using Microsoft Excel and Words.
