As a Finance and Admin Apprentice, you will be involved in all things finance, providing administrative assistance and HR when necessary.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work in many different departments and discover what truly makes them passionate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support computer operations with administrative duties, such as:
Printing labels and copying CDs
Assist with merging of documents and sending WeTransfers
With training, provide trouble shooting support in the office (printer jams, printer bin set up, paper misfeeds, paper, toner, etc.)
Support fee earners to set up and host virtual events, ensuring that the firm's corporate brand is loaded in the background
Support corporate services with:
Printing documents for fee earners working at home
Scanning, copying and sorting out the post (out) and scanning and adding to case (in)
Support HR with:
Booking and setting up training events
Adding training to L&D plans
Recording holidays in diaries
Maintaining Carval recruitment records
Support Cashiers with:
Sending bill reminders
Sending out holding letters for deeds and will requests and diarising them for cashiers to deal with 1 week before the end date.
