The Rotisserie Deli Assistant will be responsible for preparing and selling hot chicken/ribs to customers as well as restocks supplies and ingredients, ensures a clean and tidy preparation area and providing prompt and courteous member service.

The Rotisserie Deli Assistant role will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:

Prepares raw chickens to be put onto a spit and cooked in the large rotisserie ovens.
All temperature checks are completed and strict guidance is followed with regards to hygiene and procedures of Costco
Provides prompt and courteous member service
Ensures all products are made to the same specification
Restock ingredients and supplies from warehouse, stocking large volume ingredients to shelves, cooler and freezer complying with health codes

The successful Service Deli Assistant must have the following skills and experience:
