Why this job matters

As the Co-ordinator for Frameworks you will be the point of contact for Crown Commercial Service (CCS), Public sector customers and BT sales teams in relation to Framework contract enquiries and order placement processes.

You will provide the day-to-day management of these Framework contracts supporting the Operations and Compliance Manager, the Business Development Managers and Catalogue Development Managers.

In doing this you will provide accurate and timely information on a monthly basis for each framework agreement which BT has achieved supplier status.


  • This role is a job share opportunity, meaning you will share the role with another individual, making this part time. You will be contracted to 18 hours per week. Please note we can be flexible on days you work.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage incoming Framework Agreement & Contract queries ensuring timely recording, progression, resolution and support of Sales, Product and Marketing teams as directed. This means you will also notify the appropriate Account owner, making them aware of contractrelated opportunities.
  • Deal with all Framework opportunities in the 'respond by' time frame, resulting in a bid or nobid outcome.
  • Identify and record key data opportunities on 'SharePoint' and are updated as required, if BT are invited to further competition, ensure that the opportunity exists on Salesforce, tagging the Salesforce ID. Regularly analysing Salesforce reports for Won and Open Salesforce opportunities and tag them as Framework led.
  • Maintain relevant billing data, including obtaining, analysing and recording copy invoices, investigating anomalies with Operations and Compliance managers, while also generating management reports as directed.
  • Ensure access to BT systems is in accordance with current BT safety and security policies (such as data protection, compliance, authorised usage and access control), completing all mandatory training and keeping it uptodate.

The skills you need

  • Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of dealing with Public Sector customers, ideally in a procurement environment.
  • Extensive Knowledge of EE Mobile procedures including utilisation of CMP platform.
  • Highly motivated and thrives in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates excellence and compliance in the use of the relevant systems and processes.
  • Takes ownership of own performance and development.
  • Possesses excellent Time Management and Communication skills.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy, especially when working under pressure.
  • Able to prioritise workload to uphold contractual obligations.
