About Our Client:
A leading NHS Trust in London.
HR Advisor - Sickness Project:
- Report to Deputy Head of Workforce
- To reduce the sickness absence target
- Work closely in a project management mode of working
- Work with Managers, Occupational health and workforce relations teams
- Support Workforce HR Business Partner function
- Provide first line advice on sickness absence
- Ensure "every conversation is a coaching conversation"
- Provide timely and effective interpretation of employment law, policy and procedures
- Provide analysis of data e.g. HR KPI's, Surveys
- Identify areas for improvement
The Successful Applicant:
HR Advisor - Sickness Project:
- CIPD level
- Previous role in the NHS/healthcare setting
- Knowledge of employment law
- Project management knowledge/qualification
- Able to provide HR support to managers
- Worked in complex organisation
- Contributed to organisational development and change management
- Able to coach and empower managers
- Effective communicator at all levels
