We're exclusively working with a leading consultancy that has been around for 13 years This role is first in house for their CRO and UX function with great opportunity to grow and develop a team in the near future.

WHATS ON OFFER

An opportunity to work for a leading agency who invests in their people. You'll be joining a brand new and developing area of the business with the opportunity to build out the optimisation function further.
You'll be involved in all areas across the product rollout and CRO process, including strategizing, shaping product roadmaps, identifying key areas for opportunity, and creating test plans.
You'll be working with experts in the digital and marketing space, with an opportunity to build out a CRO team and function working crossfunctionally with designers and developers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Previous experience in a CRO/Optimisation position is necessary, with a testing tool such as Google Optimize or Adobe Target.
Handson experience using a Web Analytics tool such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
Proven experience successfully managing an A/B testing program.
Experience working in an agency environment and confident being on client briefs.
