Administrative Assistant (Part-time)East Kilbride
£21,000 - £23,000 DOE (FTE)
Our client based in East Kilbride, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their close knit team. Your focus of this job is to assist the Accounts Manager with company expenses and invoices. Moreover you will support the office with administrative duties when required. Experience in the financial sector would be an advantage when applying.
On a typical day you will manually process invoices, organise accommodation for employees and process expenses.
20 hours per week:
Mon - Fri: flexible between 09:00 - 17:00
Main duties include:
- Liaising with external suppliers and internal departments
- Organising travel for employees
- Preparing payment runs for suppliers
- Reconciling supplier invoices to purchase orders
- Working with accounts payable
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has experience in an administrative role
- Has good IT skills, including word and excel
