Description

Lead the management of 3 Payrolls (UK and Europe)
Oversee preparation, balancing and control of payroll
Manage a team of 3 Payrollers
Ensure all taxes and statutory obligations are paid
Stakeholder management
Manage Payroll updates including new hires
Implement and review payroll processing systems to ensure accurate processing of payroll including salaries, benefits, taxes and deductions
Identify and recommend updates to systems and improvements

Profile
Extensive Payroll management including UK and European payrolls

Oversight of team

Financial services or Banking sector essential

Proactive and Organised

Adept at project management
