Here at City & County Healthcare group, we are looking for Support workers/Care Assistants that have the values we are looking for to support our clients on a daily basis.

We support all difference types of people with Motor Neurone Disease, Muscular dystrophy, Spinal Cord, acquired brain injuries and other complex needs that may include a physical disability, who would like support either on a 24-hour basis within their own homes or to access the community on daily basis dependent on their needs and wishes.

We feel that there is nothing better than seeing people happy in their own homes as we give them the support they need to live happy and fulfilled lives.

Experience in supporting people with similar needs, an understanding of person centred practice would be wonderful but isn't crucial as full training and supervision is provided and ultimately it is more important that you possess the core values and personality traits that are necessary for the role. Kindness and compassion are key

You will need to be empathetic, a true team player, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in making decisions and using your initiative.
