Description
This temporary role could appeal to someone looking for either a long term assignment or temp to perm. Initially for 3 to 6 months. Working in financial services, you need experience in payroll and more importantly, auto enrolment knowledge. Full time hoursin North Leeds.


Job Profile:

Working in a financial services environment, liaising between various companies and pension providers. A knowledge of pensions gained from an accounts role in payroll dealing with auto enrolment is key.


Responsibilities include:


  • Collating data from various firms to send to a pension provider
  • Understanding how pension schemes work from an administrative perspective
  • Working heavily on Excel and a decent understanding is required to manage data

Key Skills and Qualities:


  • Proven work experience within an administrative environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent time management, administration and organising skills with the ability to work within specified timescales and quality levels
  • Experience of dealing with client queries in a timely manner

Hours:9am to 5pm Mon to Fri with 1 hour lunch (35 hours)


Salary:
£22k to 24k per annum
