Description
We require a night concierge to work on a 4 nights on 4 nights off shift full time.

As our Concierge, you will be...
- providing an efficient and welcoming reception service, Responding to a wide range of enquiries, taking detailed and accurate messages, whilst keeping the reception area tidy
- answering all phone calls, dealing with the queries and/or taking detailed accurate messages and forwarding on to the correct member of staff
- sorting and distributing any post that arrives
- providing support to the management team with their administrative tasks and the management team's diaries

  • Responding to emergencies such as fire/ Security
  • Monitoring residents properties
- processing purchase invoices, forwarding to Accountants for payment and to maintain accurate budgetary records
- maintaining accurate records of Residents', Residents' Property and Petty Cash expenditure
- being the liaison between outside agencies and staff, residents, relatives, and others
- undertaking other duties that may be required in line with this level of post

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
