The Best Connection are looking for an internal sales assistant based in Headington, Oxford. Our client is seeking an Internal Salesperson to join their team. This is a varied role, to include excellent customer service and provide product advice.

Shift times:
, Monday - Friday
, alternative Saturday's

Pay Rate:
- £27,000 - £30,000 annual salary

Dependant on experience and skills

This sales assistant role involves:

Building rapport with both customers and suppliers
Handling customer enquiries and customer complaints
Working closely with the Transport Department, arranging deliveries and collection of goods, i.e., checking yard stock, or asking any other questions prior to transport being arranged
Attending to all customers' needs in the timeliest, effective, efficient, and professional manner
Ensuring that all Customers needs are addressed prior to closing a conversation
Negotiating any potential orders, remaining mindful of maximising profit
Producing customer quotations, adhering to the required standards. This may involve pricing stock goods or sourcing any special items
Updating the sales systems with all orders processed
