The Position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy office Workplace team in Doncaster. No two days are the same, based in a modern, friendly, well maintained office building based on Lakeside Boulevard. The job encompasses the full FM delivery, including reception/great customer service and team supervision. As a Workplace Team Leader you will be fully responsible for maintaining exemplary workplace standards working alongside the Workplace Manager.


The job holder will be passionate about service delivery and ensure all activity is focused on adding value to the customer experience.

The role will involve extensive customer interactions working to continually evolve and improve our service in line with our customers' expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To take responsibility for the presentation, cleanliness and safety of all areas of the site.
  • Support the Workplace Manager in maintaining staff rosters.
  • Provide onsite customer experience training for all team members.
  • To interact and communicate with all occupiers, staff, visitors and colleagues in a courteous, professional and helpful manner at all times.
  • Daily completion of site reports.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance in accordance with Company Policy to include monthly Health & Safety checks, weekly lift alarm tests, weekly fire alarm tests, emergency light tests.
  • Reporting any defects or faults that you see on site to the Helpdesk.
  • BICSc standards trainer for the Doncaster site.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desired, ideally in a commercial setting.
  • Demonstrates pride and accountability in your work.
  • Takes personal accountability in maintaining exemplary standards.
  • Pays attention to the smallest details that will enhance this prestigious working environment.
  • Experience of team supervision
  • Excellent time management organisation, able to prioritise and multitask with clear ability to focus on detail.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a high standard of work with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and flexible cando approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Flexibility to cover additional hours as and when required.
  • SIA license essential for the role (if you do not hold this licence, training will be provided)
  • First Aid at Work certificate desirable.
