Sales Progressor - South Manchester - Up to £30,000 DOE


Exciting new role for a dynamic Sales Progressor to join an innovative and growing independent agents at their bright, modernised, and state of the art technology office, based in South Manchester.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the end sales process from offer accepted right through to exchange and completion
  • Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
  • Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors
  • Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates
  • Reducing the number of any sales falling through and reducing the time it takes from the offer being accepted to completion taking place

What you will have

  • Previous experience in sales progression essential
  • You will need strong communication skills and be confident to make clear recommendations
  • A natural instinct for problem solving and have good diary management
  • A persuasive approach and an ability to prioritise the important tasks to achieve the completions

  • Monday to Thursday, 8:45am 5:30pm
  • Earlier 5pm finish on Fridays
  • No weekends
