About The Role:

Our cutting-edge showrooms serve as an endless source of inspiration for our customers.

We have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience.

This role provides an incredible opportunity for customers to experience a home measure and design in areas where our fantastic showrooms are not within an easy accessible location.

We have Territory Sales Specialist roles in the Workington area and are looking for self-motivated, consistent high achievers.

You'll receive a basic salary of £30K with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs. Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen & bedrooms into reality.
  • Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
  • Remain an active presence in your area, proactively identifying opportunities to generate interest in Wren & actively follow up and keep in contact with all leads, using the Wren way to guarantee success


In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You:


  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience.
