Based in the City of London, Venture Construction are suppliers of comprehensive recruitment solutions to our construction and rail industry clients throughout the UK.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Client Relationship Executive to maintain our existing clients

The role is based in our Liverpool Street office EC2M - 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Basic salary of 24K-30K depending on experience

We offer Private Healthcare & commission once a successful probation period has been completed.

We also have team events every other month which include fun activities & team bonding experiences.

Reporting to the Client Relationship Team Leader, the Client Relationship Executive job duties will include:

Build and develop the relationships with all Venture 'maintain' customers to ensure we are the first call agency for all their labour needs
Ensuring excellent customer service is core to everything we do and customer issues are dealt with quickly and effectively
Diarised check in phone calls
Regular schedule of online and face to face meetings with the clients
Proactively work to identify new business opportunities with maintain customers
Identify opportunities to supply more labour
Work with the Client Relationship Team Leader to ensure that customer data is appropriately recorded on the CRM system
Support the Team Leader in the building and developing of key customer relationships and identify how to work together
