Key worker - Children:


  • Required to support within a small residential children's home. Expected to encourage communication, positive relationship building, trust and emotional support to the young people.


We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team of
Key Workers. As a
Key Worker - Children you will be expected to mimic a children's home environment due to the children's SEMH (social, emotional + Mental Health) and ASD needs deriving from their previous backgrounds of trauma.

***Hours for you as a
Key worker - Children

  • Monday
  • Sunday (based on availability)
  • 30am 10pm
  • Flexible hours available

Requirements for you as the
Key worker - Children

  • Child and adult DBS on updated service
  • Supporting with daily life skills, children's routines, general housekeeping tasks, basic meal preparation, engaging indoor and outdoor activities, day trips and assisting with homework tasks.
  • Previous experience with social, emotional + Mental Health with children
  • Be able to engage and communicate with children efficiently
  • Provide emotional support and trust
  • Driver preferable
