Aim of the role:

As a member of the Houskeeping team covering across The Chelsea Townhouse 11 Cadogan Gardens, you are the reason why our Guests keep coming back for more.

As a Turndown Attendant you will consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas in order to create a warm, friendly and comfortable environment for our guests.

Below are just some of the duties and responsibilities of a Turndown Attendant at 11 Cadogan Gardens The Chelsea Townhouse:

To be respectful when entering a guests room, taking pride and being confident to complete the assigned tasks.
To provide servicing of guest rooms with checking and replenishing of guest amenities.
To ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with Health Safety regulations and report any faults to the Head of Department.
To make sure that Company Policy, the Vision Statement, and Departmental Objectives are followed and utilised at all times.

The property is currently undergoing a sensitive restoration that will bring back to life the hotel's long and eclectic heritage, and will significantly improve guest experience and comfort.
