Responsibility of the Role
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to schedule appointments for our sales team generating leads and opportunties.
- Experience in achieving high levels of success with a positive outcome of meetings/prospects.
- Ensuring leads are verified and validated prior to hand over.
- Confidence to build relationships with senior decision makers.
- Handling inbound queries when required.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Essential to adapt to Driving Test Success Sales training and ethos.
- Communicating with insight and updates to the Commercial Sales Manager / Head of Commerical regularly. Working very closely as a Team
- A positive attitude, both internaly and externaly essential.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in Sales/ B2B Sales/ Telesales/ Contact Centre Sales/ Lead Generation
- Background securing their own sales and generating appointments for sales staff.
- Proven record of meeting targets / working in targeted environment.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- High levels of creativity and forward thinking.
- Highly proficient in all MS Office packages.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educated to GCSE equivilant at pass grade essential.
- Educated to A level / Degree / HND Level is prefreable.
- 3 years+ experience in a sales lead generation / sales role essential.

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.

OTHER INFORMATION:
- Hours of work are Monday to Thursday a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with one hour's lunch and on Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. with half hour's lunch.
