Vibrance coordinates the LinkMeUp Personal Assistant (PA) Register, a matching service for children, adults and older people that need support with everyday living; from personal care to accessing the community._

A Support Worker/Personal Care Assistant is needed to support a Vibrant 19-year-old girl with Learning difficulties and Autism.

The individual for this role needs to patient, caring and have knowledge working with individuals with Learning disabilities, Anxiety and Autism.

She enjoys Fashion, Media and Music, the ideal Applicant should have a similar interest to engage with the Client and required to have good interpersonal skills.

The Role will involve taking the client out to places of interest such as galleries, Museums and Activity/Classes. PA will be required to work with client to ensure they are building clients communication and confidence Skills.

Days: Negotiable with Applicant_
Hours: 45 Hours a Week ( 20 HRS a Month)_
