Description
An enthusiastic member is required to complement an existing team, who has at least 3 years' experience in working in an IFA practice and a good knowledge of using Intelligent Office.
To provide day-to-day support to clients and the Financial Consultants, including:- To proactively deliver a high level of technical support and excellent client service
- To develop and maintain a good working relationship with Advisers, colleagues and management in order to provide an efficient and effective service
- Daily fund trading on a range of investment platforms (AJ Bell & Quilter)
- Transfer of servicing for new clients
- Collating policy information
- Conducting ad hoc project work
- Submission and processing of new business to completion
- To ensure that the information held on the IO database is accurate
- Prioritise workload and diary management
- Generating illustrations and valuations, for client reviews
- General day to day servicing for our clients
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to £31,000.00 per year
