Are you a dedicated Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge?

Are you an Administrator with a strong focus on organisation, using your initiative, looking for the next step of your career?


Your New Role:


You will provide proactive and flexible administrative support to the Senior Management Team to maximise use of their time, acting as the first point of contact for all queries and correspondence and delivering efficient, customer-focused service.

As well as day to day diary management and general administrative duties, you will coordinate and manage meetings and events and have opportunities to contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes.

The role can be based within either our Birmingham or Nottingham office.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point for contact for the Senior Management Team, managing all incoming electronic communications, mail and calls and taking appropriate action to prioritise and respond
  • Effectively managing diaries, travel planning and expenses for the Senior Management Team
  • Organising, attending and keeping accurate records of meetings, taking minutes and updating action logs
  • Gather information and prepare documents, correspondence, papers and presentations accurately and efficiently
  • Building effective, collaborative working relationships with colleagues across the business and externally to contribute to continuous improvement of services
  • Handling company sensitive information and documents discreetly and confidentially, liaising with information managers as needed
  • Supporting the wider Performance Assurance and Business Services team with meeting and event organisation and supplier relationship management as required
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as and when required

To Be Successful

  • Highly organised, able to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder management and working relationship skills with a customer focus
  • Relevant administrative experience in a busy office environment or in delivering efficient customer service
  • Ability to use office software products and document management systems to produce and maintain a range of documents and spreadsheets (ideally Microsoft Office 365, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) including ability in drafting and managing written correspondence
