Currently recruiting for a global business who are looking to recruit a tax lawyer to join their specialised share plans and incentives team.


Roles and responsibilities

  • Providing advice in relation to employment tax/ IR3
  • Advising on structuring of international mobility of employees
  • Advising on employee benefits
  • Providing trust law advice
  • Supporting Pensions team
  • Carrying out tax due diligence activities across multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications
0-3 years PQE
