In the current market there aren't many companies who have the time and investment to really focus on their people and what they want.

However I am currently working on a brilliant Talent Development role for a forwards thinking, Professional Services Company looking to grow their team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Working as part of a small HR team you will be responsible for it all

Succession planning
Talent Mapping
EVP and Brand development
True business partnering
Management development and training
End to end recruitment

This is a new position, so they are looking for someone who will come with new ideas, help develop the function and give input in to their plan moving forwards.

They would love someone who is interested in learning and development so they can really getstuck in to the succession planning, internal promotions and retention side of the role.

This permanent role is based on a hybrid basis in Leicester and is paying around £40,000p.a. (with a bit of wiggle room)
