Description

This full-time operations administrator role requires a person who can support the operations administration team to deliver efficient service to Directors and their departments within our Houghton Place office.

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000


Responsibilities:


  • Management of the admin team including delegation & overall responsibility of team workload
  • To assist the Operations Manager in identifying team training and development needs
  • Coordination of facilities management including liaising with contractors and the Group internal premises department
  • Act as a 'first point of contact' in responding to enquiries from Connells Group staff
  • Ensure professional customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
  • Liaising with branch network to determine outcomes of all market appraisals booked
  • Producing league tables, KPIs and other reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
  • Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your targets
  • Ensure department objectives are met / exceeded
  • Ensure all enquiries are responded to within the company service level agreements
  • Understand and comply with all company and department policies
  • Undertake other duties as required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:


  • You will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years' experience within a senior administration role
  • Be able to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure
  • Understand the important service level agreements
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You will need to be IT literate with good knowledge of, and the ability to effectively and efficiently use computerised systems such as Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Adopt a flexible working approach and a 'can do' attitude
  • To be able to confidently manage and assist team members when necessary
