This role will support the HR Partner Team to provide a high-quality professional HR service to manages and staff across the School.


Responsibilities will include, interpreting policies and procedures and legislative requirements, seeking advice where needed from HR colleagues and supporting the HR Partners with employee relations case work e.g.

notetaking in formal meetings and ensuring minutes and other confidential correspondence are collated accurately and produced quickly and efficiently and supporting the preparation of packs/bundles for formal investigations, grievance and disciplinary hearings.


This role will provide support for HR project work and guidance and advice on a range of HR issues including contractual queries, employee relations cases and HR policies and procedures.

The appointee will also take on delegated responsibility for informal stages of employee relations cases.

The post is full-time, 35 hours per week, 1 FTE and permanent.
