This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving, busy team.

Whilst leading your team, responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day management, performance reviews, training, and inspiring advisors to provide an excellent service on every call
  • 121's, Recruitment and management of any interventions required
  • Be responsible for development of your team and supporting your advisors to reach their potential
  • Provide a firstclass customer contact through customer journey
  • Resolving escalated queries
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating your team (approx. 8 advisors)
  • Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets

Profile

  • Previous management experience working in a fastpaced environment (Ideally in a customer contact centre)
  • Excellent management experience
  • Strong understanding on various coaching and mentoring techniques
  • A passion for delivering first class customer service
  • Flexibility in hours of work/shift patterns
  • IT Savvy with good MS Office and keyboard skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Offer
- £25,000 - £27,000 Salary package
