Our client is a successful and award-winning business in Manchester that is looking to Mortgage Advisors due to increased demand.

The role:
Mortgage Advisors will receive 5-8 high quality, well-qualified leads per day and conduct detailed mortgage appointments with clients. Advisors will build great trust and relationships with clients and deliver sound advice tailored to their circumstances. You'llmanage the sales process and the relationship with client from start to finish and receive full administration support throughout. You'll look for referral and repeat business, consulting clients throughout and delivering a great service along the way.

The package:

Mortgage Advisors will earn a salary of £26,877, increasing to £32,480 when qualified (roughly 12 weeks) and earn a realistic OTE of £45,000-£50,000 in year 1.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with no weekend work and you'll finish early on Fridays. Otherbenefits include 23 days' holiday + bank hols, regular social events and more.
