A fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected independent company working in the medium to upper tiers of the market in the Portsmouth area.


As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

  • Handling enquiries
  • Negotiating and handling sales from offer to completion
  • Marketing & Business Generation
  • Conducting viewings
  • General office duties
  • Updating the team on business opportunities
  • Contributing to team meetings
Excellent communication skills and exceptional service are paramount to maintain the widely known standards of the business. Although this is a sales job, a polite and persuasive nature is an advantage.

Having already a great understanding and passion for property, you should be confident and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You must be able to work well on your own initiative, as well as part of a cohesive team.

A fantastic commission structure awaits and opportunities for progression are available for the right person.

Basic salary of c.£20k - £22k depending on experience with an OTE of £32k. Car allowance will also be made available to you.
