Our mixed adult Specialist Treatment and Recovery Service (STaRS) is looking for an enthusiastic individual with mental health leadership experience, to support ongoing developments and strengthen the work being undertaken to deliver the Trust's recovery pathway.
We're looking for a talented and knowledgeable registered professional who is highly motivated with an excellent work ethos to join our friendly and supportive team.
This position requires an inspirational, innovative and creative leader who can support the management of ongoing clinical developments and delivery of care within STaRS as part of the senior clinical leadership team.
STaRS is a ground-breaking hybrid service incorporating a small inpatient facility of 5 beds also with a sizeable intensive Community-Delivered provision for around 30 service users.
This service works alongside statutory services and third sector providers and aims to enable service users to have, or work towards high quality person-centred input in their own environment which can be intensive in nature.
