A top 200 UK law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and expanding Residential Development team.

This is your opportunity to join a reputable and long-established firm that has been recognised for its expertise inmultiple independent legal directories.

The Opportunity:

Join a highly regarded national residential development department that acts for many of the top housebuilders in the UK and become an integral member of the part exchange team.
Deal with a wide range of transactions including leasehold and unregistered properties bought and sold by way of part exchange by housebuilders as part of their plot sales procedure.
Work with knowledgeable and engaging colleagues, continuously learning and developing your expertise, and benefit from the firm's commitment to supporting ongoing training and development opportunities.

You will have:

5+ years' residential conveyancing experience.
Ability to run a transaction from initial instruction to postcompletion completely independently.
Strong commercial acumen.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
