Shift One:
Monday - 10am - 2pm

Tuesday - Friday 10am - 1pm


Shift Two:
Monday : 7pm - 11pm

Tuesday - Friday: 7pm - 10pm


Shift Three:
Monday: 8pm - 12pm

Tuesday - Friday: 8pm - 11pm


At FISco we are pleased to announce that we are looking for keen and self driven individuals to join our team. As a cleaning operative you will be self motivated, detail orientated and a strong team player supporting our existing cleaning team ensuring that our client site is well maintained and sparkling

Expectations of the role

  • Production Cleaners to deliver a specific standard of cleaning to the client specification & to be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of themselves

Key Responsibilities
- delivering a high standard of cleaning to the specifications outlined
- employ all training provided to ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Systems of Work
- be responsible for the safety and well being of yourself and others
- maintain a clean, hygienic and safe environment
- complete all tasks assigned by management team, in accordance with pre-approved processes
- ensure all documentation is correctly completed, in accordance with the training provided


Key Tasks

  • Wear the company uniform at all times whilst at work
  • Wear any items of personal protective equipment, as specified by the management team
  • Comply to all client policies / procedures in relation to housekeeping / infection control / security
  • Ensure that all requirements in relation to COSHH are adhered to, as specified by the management team.
  • Complete all training requirements provided in relation to operational / legal / client / cleaning offer requirements
  • Undertake all required training in relation to all aspects of the cleaning service, and ensure to follow preapproved SOP strictly when completing tasks
  • Ensure to adhere to the site/cleaning offer colour coding policy
  • Ensure that all requirements of the specified cleaning offer, are carried out, as directed by the management team.
  • To attend to all faults in relation to cleaning machinery/equipment
  • To report all building defects to the help desk
  • To attend team meetings as required
  • To complete all administration, as specified by the management team
  • Use all equipment provided in line with training and with no deviation from procedure

Key Performance Indicators

  • No justifiable complaints from building users / client staff within your scope of works
  • Pass mark achieved in cleaning quality control audits for all areas within the specified scope of works
  • All training completed and employed in working practice
  • No issues or concerns raised in relation to cleaning documentation
  • No issues and concerns highlighted in relation to health and safety
  • All aspects of the relevant cleaning offer in place and updated as requested
  • All faults and defects addressed within agreed timescales

Experience

  • Cleaning experience of nondomestic premises is preferred but not essential
