The Job:

Due to rapid growth, they are seeking an experienced and ambitious Administrator. This is a sales support admin role to work in their friendly sales team based in Bristol.

The role is diverse with opportunities to grow and develop and involves supporting their field consultants in achieving the highest level of customer care.

Day-to-day activities will range from keeping both their internal teams and our schools and nurseries updated to producing quotes and even casting an expert eye over new exciting projects


Responsibilities

  • Working closely with assigned field consultants to support the admin of their day to day job
  • Liaising with different internal departments to ensure information is shared across functions in an efficient and timely manner
  • Liaising with different external suppliers to gather price information and input into relevant systems
  • Coordinating projects from creating quotations to following up with our schools and nurseries after completion
  • Following up on conference leads and completing the associated admin
  • Processing expenses and mileage for assigned field consultants

The Person:

They are looking for a self-motivated, resilient, confident individual to drive customer service in their Aftercare Team, consistently showcasing their values and ensuring customers are effectively informed and communicated with throughout the customer journey


As well as:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic to learn and progress
  • High attention to detail
  • A track record of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to show initiative, problem solve and have an aptitude for helping others
  • Knowledge and proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Experience working within an operations function would be beneficial

The Location:

Bradley Stoke, Bristol


The Salary:

£21,500 - £24,000


The Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
