Description

A new opportunity has arisen to work for a Housing Association on a permanent basis paying £28,914 per annum plus great benefits including a productivity related bonus scheme to enhance your take home pay of up to £1800 per annum.

The successful Floor Layer will be required to complete reactive and planned works within social housing properties and communal areas working around Aldershot.

Working Hours - Mon - Fri - 39 hours per week

Pay Rate:
- £28,914 per annum

Floor Layer Duties Required:

Identify and undertake flooring and associated work as directed
Basic repairs to vinyl flooring (sheet and tiles), Complete floor tile renewal and lay vinyl sheeting and floor coverings
Carry out multiskill activity (trade work not attached to your core skill) as required and within competency
Ensure health and safety is followed at all times
