JOB TITLE:
ASSET MAINTENANCE PLANNER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Undertake the generation of highquality job plans and work packs to allow efficient scheduling, assignment and execution of work.
Responsible for identifying permits needed.
Ensure compliance with Global Work Management processes and standards within planning activities and monitor the agreedupon KPIs, taking appropriate actions to close the deviation from target.
Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and basic defect elimination in the daytoday execution of work.
Responsible for ensuring personal competency development tasks are completed.
Responsible for maintaining healthy relationships and effective collaboration with other Planners and other teams to improve performance.
Responsible for daily backlog management, within their area of responsibility, to clean up and prioritize work
Responsible for modifying job plans based on feedback received
Responsible for requesting modification or creation of master data such as new materials, new locations, description changes, etc.
Responsible for conducting job / field walkdowns for the work
Responsible for maintaining job plan libraries and ensuring Job Plans are complete, accurate and easily accessible to all
Set and deliver realistic Target Dates for execution of the work
Set and deliver realistic Required by Dates for procurement of material and services
Ownership in identifying the people, tools, materials, services, and procedures needed for a quality work pack
Responsible for expenditure of the R&M budget within delegation of financial authority
Responsible for assisting in deploying Global Work Management programs

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Some maintenance technician experience
Proven track record demonstrating strong attention to detail
Proficient using P6, SAP PM and Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and influence skills
Planning experience required within a maintenance role in the Oil & Gas industry.
Appreciation of offshore maintenance practices, procedures and legislation
Good working knowledge of a maintenance management system (SAP or, if possible, preferable)
Organizational and planning expertise
Effective problemsolving and analytical skills
Respected, contributory team member able to establish rapport with others

- good communicator accurately relates information, uses active listening to ensure own understanding, and is comfortable with written, spoken or electronic media

Actively demonstrates commitment to higher performance standards
Understands own roles and importance of working to objectives and standards
Understands team goals and priorities and appreciates cost implications of own actions
Understands the importance of compliance and impact of nonconformance

- experience within a maintenance planning role ( preferred )
