This would be a hybrid role with part of the role being in the office and the other work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

General Admin
Dealing with customer queries and enquiries
The ability to deal with numerous different software's e.g., Microsoft, Slack and Zendesk
Flexibility to assist with Manager Requests which may be different to the typical day to day jobs listed above

Customer Service skills and Numerical skills are essential in this role. A Graduate calibre applicant who is keen to learn, develop and adapt would be a great fit.
